Food Friday: Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

YUM-O!! This is a super delicious and EASY PEASY recipe that you can whip up in 30 minutes. There are only 6 ingredients to this entire meal! Enjoy, because I know I do... and my kids actually ask for SECONDS!

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 package (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
2 cups rice

1. Combine the rice and half the ranch salad dressing mix. Cook as directed on rice package.
2. While the rice is cooking, heat the oil in a skillet. Add the chops and cook, turning, until browned on both sides.
3. Add soup, milk and remaining salad dressing mix. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min.
4. Place rice and pork chops on plate. Pour the sauce over the rice and pork. It is creamy and oh so yummy!
