Food Friday: Meatball Cheeseburger Casserole

This is a delicious easy cheesy casserole. Not only did my kids gobble it up, but I had seconds! It really is so easy and delicious!
Meatball Cheeseburger Casserole

1 1/2 cup bow-tie pasta
1 can (14.5 oz. size) diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
1 can (10 1/2 oz. size) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup water
1 package (16 oz. size) frozen cooked meatballs
1/2 cup diced cooked bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, chopped

1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray 9x12 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta.

2. In baking dish, mix tomatoes, soup and water. Stir in meatballs, bacon, onion and pasta.

3. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake 45 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes longer or until bubbly and cheese is melted into delicious goodness.
